INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb. Fulcher’s Crabmeat
- ½ cup Bread Crumbs
- 1 large Egg
- ¼ Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1 tsp. Dry Mustard
- ½ tsp. Salt
- ½ Tsp. Pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Mix bread crumbs, eggs, Mayonnaise and seasonings.
- Add Fulcher’s Crabmeat and mix gently and thoroughly. Shape into cakes.
- Pan or Deep fry until golden brown. Approximately 3 to 5 minutes per side. Internal temperature 165*F.
